Refund policy

Unused products can be exchanged (size only) within 14 days from the date of purchase by presenting the product with an original invoice. No cash refunds will be entertained. Exchange without an invoice will not be entertained.

Products purchased during any seasonal discount shall be considered as final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Company reserves the right to make the final decision.

In case of any manufacturing defect, a claim can be presented with an original invoice within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To settle a claim, company reserves the right to either repair the product or offer a new one in exchange.

In case of a wrong item delivered or if the product is damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

In case of an exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
